The eezy.vrr service determines your location to track your journey and limit entry and exit stops. Please note that location services must be activated to utilize eezy.vrr. The use of location services may affect your battery life.

Registration and Purchase

Before purchasing tickets for the first time, please register under the “Profile” tab. Click on “Register” and provide your first name, last name, and email address. You will receive an email from us prompting you to confirm your account and set a password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, or special characters).

Once registered, you can use all functions of our app without restrictions. In the “Tickets” section, select your desired ticket and click “Buy.” In the subsequent dialog, you can choose whether to depart immediately or later, and whether the ticket is for yourself or someone else. You will then be securely redirected to Logpay, our payment service provider, to complete your purchase. Your preferred payment method will be stored automatically so you do not need to re-enter your details for future purchases. After a successful purchase, your selected ticket will appear in the “My Tickets” section. Here you can also see how long your ticket is still valid. Please remember to validate your ticket before departure.
